As Senior Design Manager, I was brought on to lead expansion in new regions, assist with new concepts, and design high-profile stores within the US.


Sweetgreen restaurants build upon the brands’ ethos of transparency, health, vibrancy and authenticity. Store layouts maximized squarefootage, brough the food front and center, and created connection within their communities through local artist collaborations and materials.
